Paul James Mayer passed away Monday, July 13, 2015. He was born March 21, 1951 in Brewster, WA. To Frank and Wilma Mayer of Chelan. Paul attended 13 years in Chelan schools, graduating in 1969. After high school he attended WSU and Yakima Valley College. He was employed at Douglas County PUD specifically at Wells Dam for 38 years. Paul Earned 3 Journeyman cards during this time and retired as a relay mechanic. He was preceded in death by his Father, Mother, brother, and a neice. He is survived by his wife Dona, son Anton, sister and brother-in-law Buddy and Maria Wason, sister-in-law Linda Mayer, and numerous nieces and nephews. At his request there are no services planned.
